Whether you're looking for a new home or like to know how your area compares to others, new data has ranked the areas in Berkshire from the cheapest to the most expensive.
From Newbury to Slough, Berkshire covers a wide area falling into the RG postcodes and SL postcodes.
While it may surprise some, the SL postcodes are typically the most sought after, with SL5, SL6 and SL7 amongst the most expensive.
But what areas are the cheapest to buy a property in?
Reading has been named the cheapest place to buy, boasting an average property price of £331,913.
The town offers an all round experience, whether you want green space, good shops, schools and more.
Tilehurst is the second cheapest, offering homes at £337,750 and Bracknell third with homes at £361,096.
Newbury, often cited as one of the best places to live in Berkshire by Muddy Stilettos, is the fourth cheapest with homes at £382,663.
Slightly further out from London and the Elizabeth Line, Newbury is a market town offering dozens of attractions.
The fifth most expensive is Thatcham at £385,921.
